~Sharon Lyn Shepard~ "msg from my inner wisdom"

artist Bari J. Designs
When you stop scurrying around
depleting your energy stores
by attempting to control your environment
attempting to change other people
attempting to make things happen
attempting to fix the world
something magical happens.
.
Your own Inner BEing
shines more brightly as the flame of the Divine
as a result you’re able to see
all that’s available to you
all that’s in service to you
all that Source is offering
as solutions to questions you’ve yet to ask.
.
Life flows with Ease and Grace if you allow it to BE.

Snowfall by Celia M Paulo

Snowfall
Where does it lead
This life we live
Do we know
Where we are going
Do we like
The things life is showing us
What is this life we live
Does it leave a trace
Does it evaporate
Does it bring us closer
To who we are
Do we give up the search
Of self identity
For fear of alienation
In our relations to each other
The anonymity of another winter day
Who are we
Do we seek approval
Regardless of the cost
What does it take
To be faithful to ourselves
Do we mistake love
For fear of loniness
Do we live in dependency
Disguised as relationships
Do we settle for less
Than we deserve to receive
Do we know enough
To give what we want
What do we long for
When our breathes
Share that same room
How do we bring about
The peace within our core
The love within our heart
How do we live the life
Our soul calls for
...what reminiscences does it bring
A snowflake
Twirling wildly on the wind?

The Lightest Touch by David Whyte

THE LIGHTEST TOUCH

Artwork of unkown Artist
Good poetry begins with the lightest touch,
a breeze arriving from nowhere,
a whispered healing arrival,
a word in your ear,
a settling into things,

then like a hand in the dark
it arrests your whole body,
steeling you for revelation.
In the silence that follows
a great line
you can feel Lazarus deep inside
even the laziest,
most deathly afraid part of you,
lift up his hands and walk toward the light.

"The spirit that moves me" by Patricia Monaghan

"When winter comes to a woman's soul, she withdraws into her inner self, her deepest spaces. She refuses all connection, refutes all arguments that she should engage in the world. She may say she is resting, but she is more than resting: She is creating a new universe within herself, examining and breaking old patterns, destroying what should not be revived, feeding in secret what needs to thrive.

Winter women are those who bring into the next cycle what should be saved. They are the deep conservators of knowledge and power. Not for nothing did ancient peoples honour the grandmother. In her calm deliberateness, she winters over our truth, she freezes out false-heartedness.

Look into her eyes, this winter woman. In their gray spaciousness you can see the future. Look out of your own winter eyes. You too can see the future."

“The moon is a loyal companion.

It never leaves. It’s always there, watching, steadfast, knowing us in our light and dark moments, changing forever just as we do. Every day it’s a different version of itself. Sometimes weak and wan, sometimes strong and full of light. The moon understands what it means to be human.
Uncertain. Alone. Cratered by imperfections.”

To want
To desire it
To be able to achieve it
To believe.
To believe
To be able to
To attract what one wants
From the web of life.
One can make it so
Only one can.
As a woman
To know where it all starts
Never leaving the heart
Which is where
All is woven into being.
